Your vision benefits provide coverage for routine eye exams and pay for all, or a portion of, the cost of glasses or contact lenses. You can choose any provider; however, you can save money when you see in-network providers.
Littelfuse offers one vision plan option through EyeMed. An ID card is not required for this plan. When you visit your eye care provider, just let them know you have coverage through EyeMed. You may need to provide your Social Security number to confirm your coverage.
REMINDER: Coverage Frequency
Your eye exam is covered once every 12 months, and your allowance for eyeglass lenses or contact lenses renews every 12 months. However, your frame allowance renews once every 24 months.

The EyeMed Vision “Select” Network is made up of more than 52,000 providers nationwide, including retail chains like LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Target and Wal-Mart as well as independent providers.
