Paid Time Off
Eleven paid holidays a year, plus paid time off that grows with your service.
In addition to 11 paid holidays each year, employees receive up to 15 days of paid time off in their first year, prorated based on hire date. The longer you stay at Littelfuse, the more PTO you accrue — potentially up to 36 days a year.
How PTO accrues
Your PTO is based on your length of service with the company or your job grade range — whichever is greater.

Carrying over
