Meet Spark
Your Littelfuse benefits assistant. Ask a question about your benefits and get an answer in seconds.
What Is Spark?
Spark is a chat assistant built for this site and trained on your Littelfuse benefits. Ask about your medical, dental or vision coverage, your HSA or FSA, the Lifestyle Spending Account, your 401(k), life and disability insurance, what’s new for 2027, or anything else covered here, and Spark pulls the answer together for you. It can also point you to the right plan document. It’s a quicker way to find what you need without clicking through multiple pages.
Ask Spark Now
Open Spark with the Ask Spark button in the lower right corner of any page. Type your question, or tap one of the suggested questions to get started.
Ask a real question. Spark does better with a full question than a single word. “What’s the deductible on the HDHP Value Plan?” will get you a much better answer than “deductible.”
Ask for the answer the way you want it. Need the short version? A step-by-step? An example? Just tell Spark and it will shape the answer to match.
What Spark can’t do. Spark explains how your benefits work, but it can’t see any of your personal information — not your elections, your claims, your balances or your HSA contributions. For anything specific to your account, contact the carrier directly (see Contacts) or submit a Benefits case to HR in Workday.
Keep personal details out. Don’t type your Social Security number, member ID or health conditions. Spark doesn’t need them to help.
Helpful Pointers
- Most answers link to the page or document they came from, so you can read more or check the source yourself.
- If an answer helped or missed the mark, tap the thumbs up or thumbs down below it.
- Ready to ask about something new? Tap the refresh icon to clear the chat and start fresh. Refreshing clears the current conversation, so save anything you want to keep first.
Spark runs on generative AI. It’s a tool, not a person, and it can occasionally be wrong or incomplete. Everything Spark shares comes from this site and Littelfuse’s official benefits materials. Treat its answers as a starting point, not formal benefits, legal or financial advice. The official plan documents are always the final word.
