Educational Assistance reimburses eligible expenses you incur while pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
How it Works
- You must be enrolled at an accredited institution
- Courses must be related to your current role or career plan
- You must pass with a grade of C or higher, or a Pass in a pass/fail class, and provide proof of completion
What’s reimbursed
| LEVEL | MAXIMUM REIMBURSEMENT |
|---|---|
| Undergraduate courses | 80% of the cost or $5,250 per calendar year, whichever is lower |
| Graduate courses | 80% of the cost or $25,000 per calendar year, whichever is lower |
| Accelerated graduate programs | 80% of the cost or $50,000 for the enrolled calendar year, whichever is lower |
