An LSA is a flexible benefit that lets you allocate funds for a variety of lifestyle-related expenses.
Whether you want to invest in your health, pursue hobbies or improve your work-life balance, your LSA gives you the freedom to choose what works for you. All benefits-eligible employees receive $900 deposited into their LSA, funded entirely by Littelfuse.
There’s no debit card. Pay for the expense yourself, then submit a reimbursement claim to Inspira. Reimbursements are added to your Littelfuse paycheck and reported as taxable income on your W-2.

If You Join Mid-Year
Employees hired mid-year receive a pro-rated amount of the $900, based on the number of months they are benefits eligible.
