An HSA lets you make tax-free contributions that you can use to pay for current and future medical expenses for you and your dependents — and Littelfuse contributes to it as well.
You’re 100% vested in the Littelfuse match immediately — and you’re always 100% vested in your own contributions.
What You Contribute
- Make pre-tax or Roth after-tax contributions, in whole percentages, of up to 90% of your eligible pay, subject to IRS limits
- Contribute up to $24,500 in 2026
- If you’re 50 or older, an additional $7,500 catch-up contribution
- You can begin participating on the first day of the month that falls on or after your date of hire
Annual savings adjustments. To make it easier to save, the plan offers annual savings adjustments that set aside extra money automatically. Your savings rate increases 1% each year until you reach 10%.
What Littelfuse Contributes
Match. Littelfuse matches 100% of the first 4% you contribute, up to IRS limits.
Discretionary contribution. If you’re employed on 31 December, you may be eligible for a discretionary contribution of up to 2%, depending on company performance. It’s credited to your 401(k) during the first quarter of the following year — and you receive it even if you don’t contribute anything yourself.
Investing Your Account
Empower offers many different investment options, along with tools and resources to help you work out which ones best meet your goals. You can apply changes to your current balance, to future contributions including the match, or to rollover money.
If you don’t make elections, your contributions are automatically invested in the plan’s default fund. The Annual QDIA Notice names that fund and explains how it works.
