How to enroll
Welcome to Littelfuse! Your benefits are an important part of how we reward your contributions.
Take the time to check out what’s available and choose the plans that support you and your family. You have 31 days from your hire date to enroll.
If you don’t enroll within 31 days, the only coverage you’ll have for the rest of the plan year is company-provided Basic Life insurance, AD&D insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Business Travel Accident insurance and access to the Employee Assistance Program. You won’t be able to enroll again until the next open enrollment period, unless you have a qualifying life event.
New Hire Checklist
Review all of your benefits options so you can make choices that work best for you and any eligible family members. Within your 31-day window you need to:
- Make your benefit elections for 2026
- Add your dependents
- Contribute to a Health Care or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
